Core Model

Our flagship product, Core Model, is a comprehensive system specially designed and developed for managing geographically dispersed and complex supply chain and financial business processes. Core Model incorporates Microsoft Dynamics AX with other ERP solutions to enable businesses to take stock of integral processes. It ensures that all business activities spread across different divisions and regions are in sync and working as one unit. Core Model is a unique data model to cover global requirements and processes. It is also the foundation for every Dynamics AX project implementation. By adhering to the agile SCRUM methodology, we work to ensure that each delivery module accommodates continuous product enhancements at every sprint.

The Core Model Approach: Core Model is a holistic enhancement that considers all integral processes of a business while delivering and deploying solutions. Our model provides a unique solution that is tailor-made for improving business outcomes. Building frameworks in Microsoft Dynamics AX

Adhering to the continuous development and the delivery approach model for AX projects and support by performing technical audit and performance optimization on Microsoft Dynamics AX and SQL Applications, streamlining integration with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Power BI, BizTalk, or WMS systems and providing technical trainings in collaboration with Microsoft and internal/external experts. Furthermore, encouraging knowledge-sharing through AX Knowledge Base, Tech Talks, and Tech Friday, to keep up with emerging trends.

Project

As part of the AX Global Strategy roadmap, we implemented around 35+ end-to-end projects across geographical regions (EU, APAC, USA, Japan and UK), countries and business divisions (Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry). Each of the projects consumed varying efforts ranging from 1000 to 8000+ man days.

All our projects begin with AXSC collaborating closely with different stakeholders in each region, country, and division during the Assessment Phase to identify business and technological objectives. Based on our vast experience in AX implementation, we have built our own AX Global Project Methodology, to ensure consistency, agility and transparency among project stakeholders.

The methodology ensures that we bring quantifiable value in aligning diversified business processes and foster IT transformation globally. Our exposure in working with global projects and teams has helped us to consistently meet the client’s expectations and quality requirements. We work to become fully Dynamics 365-enabled by continuously developing solutions that bring about improvement across processes, channels and partners.
