Job Summary:
Total experience: 5 to 9 years, SQA/PQA experience: 3+ years preferred
Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt, Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001: 2015, CMMi v 1.3 and above. Internal auditor for ISO27001 is a plus
Experience of working in Retail domain projects
Knowledge of Middleware and Microsoft Dynamics AX/ D365. Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles w.r.t. development and testing. Knowledge on Support Services, engagement, deliverables
· Support deployment of QMS
· Ensure compliance to organizational processes
· Should be able to conduct internal audits, conduct gating audits. Record findings and drive improvement
· Bring in culture of process compliance and improvement in the organization
· Support in training employees on Quality
Quality Operational Tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support and contribute to quality framework standards such as ISO CMMi implementation, compliance and reviews for Solution Center
· Support and contribute to quality function and project teams to promote quality culture and drive quality improvement process for all service lines and functions
· Conduct internal audits per ISO and CMMi standards
· Participate and develop processes and process maps in Visio
· Assist in evaluation of quality performance, progress, escalations, and issue analysis by engaging with stakeholders
· Collaborate with internal teams to help them adhere to processes and business practices to resolve escalated issues and produce solutions
· Provide quality training
· Drive continuous improvement through quality metrics, analyzing data using statistical tools
· Identify best practices and share with other teams
Support defect prevention, root cause analysis
· Ensure metrics are computed, periodic reporting, analysis and reviews
· Prepare quality dashboards to share with management
· Help project teams resolve non-conformances
· Ensure project risks are recorded, tracked and reported
· Participate in organizational quality initiatives as a team member
· Planning of quality review meetings and its administration
· Support CSAT surveys and feedback collection
· Prepare and publish newsletters to educate organization on quality
Prepare and execute surveys for feedback
Qualification:
Hands on experience w.r.t. ensuring quality in project, lifecycle processes and procedures
CMMi v.1.3 or ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor. Knowledge on CMMI V 2.0 preferred. Internal auditor of ISO 27001 is a plus
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Hands on experience of running Continuous Improvement projects
Excel hands on experience in handling data and its analysis
Experience in SOP creation, control mechanisms, ticket audits
Must have exposure of working with global customers across geographies
Deliver training on quality methodology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working with Excel lookups, pivots and macros. SQL experience is a plus
